Which school address should receive the awards?
Honor Roll Awards ships school awards worldwide, with the service for your address confirmed in the quote. The harder question is which door the box comes through. A front office on summer hours, a district mailroom and a PTA volunteer's porch each handle a parcel differently, so choose the address with the assembly date in mind.
The list helps prepare your request. Shipping availability, import arrangements and transit time are confirmed for the actual delivery address.
Should awards go to the school office or a PTA volunteer?
Use the address where a named adult will open the box on a school day. A front office works when the secretary knows a parcel is coming and has somewhere to lock it away. If the PTA is paying and organizing, a volunteer's home can be simpler. Give that person's name on the order so the label, the quote and the contact all match.
What if several campuses hold their own assemblies?
Split the order by campus instead of sorting one large box by hand. Tell us which classes belong to which building, and the quote lists a shipment and a packing list for each address. School-wide pieces, such as the ceremony poster or a club plaque, go to the campus that will display them. A district office can receive everything, but someone then has to drive it out.
How does an international school plan an award order?
Give the country, the city and the school's receiving hours in the first message. The written quote then sets out the carrier service and how customs paperwork and any duties are handled for that destination. Production and transit are counted separately. Share the term dates as well, since a box that lands during a school break may sit unopened at a closed gate.
How should awards be packed for an assembly?
Ask for packing by homeroom, in the order classes are called to the stage. Each teacher can then take one labeled group, check it against the class list and line students up to match. School-wide awards travel in their own group for the principal. Keep the cartons until after the ceremony, because they are the easiest way to carry pieces from the office to the gym.
