How Honor Roll Awards ships school achievement awards
How does a ceremony order reach the school office?
Honor Roll Awards ships worldwide. The carrier service and shipping charges for the school's address are written into your quote. A ceremony order usually mixes trophies with figures on bases, flat wall plaques, clear acrylic pieces and a printed poster. Each kind is packed differently, so expect several inner cartons. Open them when the delivery reaches the office instead of waiting for assembly morning. Lay the pieces out by homeroom and tick each one against the approved roster. A missing piece or a wrong name found at that point can still be dealt with before families are seated.
What should the school secretary check first?
- Count each homeroom's group against the class roster, then count the school-wide pieces separately.
- Read every student name, award title and term aloud while a second person follows the signed proof.
- Look over acrylic faces, trophy figures and plaque corners for scuffs or anything that rattles.
- Take a photo of any fault before unpacking further, and include the order reference when you write to us.
Order terms in brief: Low minimums · production takes no more than 7 days, plus transit · rush available · worldwide shipping · 100% satisfaction refund. Full wording in the FAQ.
