Choose what reads first on each kind of award. For subject awards that is usually the student, then the award, then the subject. Keep the same order across every piece in that category.

Export the list, do not retype it
Pull names from the school's records system into a spreadsheet and send that file. Retyping from a printed class list is where dropped letters and swapped surnames creep in. Keep accents, hyphens and capital letters as recorded.

Check each row against the source
